Monica has over 20 years experience in the healthcare technology industry and has been helping organizations develop strategies that enable affordable access to healthcare solutions for many of the nations leading health insurance providers. Monica has deep knowledge and expertise designing behavioral healthcare delivery models targeted to address care gaps for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. As the Executive Director, Monica is responsible for business and technical strategies that support the organization mission statement.
Abdur-Rahman serves as the Administrative Director for care plan development and overall Behavioral Health Program Director. He has over 20 years of experience leading and managing a team of behavioral health specialist and is a Qualified Provider with expertise in vocational rehabilitation.
As a former Program Manager for peer support programs, Abdur was responsible for the design and delivery of various care delivery models including recruiting participants and people to be trained as Direct support professionals.
Abdur has expert level skills in monitoring interventions delivery, creating incentives and trouble-shooting problems to keep Direct support professionals.
Nina serves on the research advisory board and focuses her time on leading outcomes based research initiatives for RNI Designs. An aspiring MD/ PhD in Epidemiology she is currently completing her undergraduate studies at Howard University majoring in Biology and Maternal Child Health Education.
Her major goals aim to inform pediatric developmental clinical care utilizing community participatory based research that revolve around health disparities and child development/ special health care needs.

Layla recently joined RNI designs as healthcare policy research analyst intern. She is a senior at Temple University studying Public Health. Layla also works as a Direct Support Professional where she is granted the opportunity to engage with consumers to meet both their physical and emotional needs.
During undergrad, Layla also volunteered and obtained clinical research experience in the emergency department at Temple University.
After graduation, Layla Basil plans to attend Drexel University’s nursing accelerated program in hopes to one day pursue a career as a Nurse Practitioner. As a self-motivated leader, Layla plans to continue to expand her knowledge and experiences to help improve our healthcare system and patient experiences.
Rashid serves as a technology support analyst for RNI designs and provides technical expertise for external clients and internal operations. Rashid has expertise in designing and developing cybersecurity solutions for organizations who need software solutions with the highest level of security and privacy features.
Rashid is AWS certified cloud Practioner, a certified Associate in Python and has expertise with SQL
database, LINUX, CCNA/CISCO
He is an undergraduate student at the University of Maryland College Park studying Cybersecurity Minor in Web Development.
